Resource Efficient Building
The Warmington group incorporates green home building materials, appointments and practices in a variety of ways at all of its new home neighborhoods. While we've accomplished much, there is still more we can do. Warmington appreciates the support we have received in helping us achieve our goal of building more environmentally friendly homes and communities.
Green homes enhance the well-being of their occupants and minimize negative impacts to the community and the natural environment. Included here is a partial list of the Resource Efficient items and practices that are now incorporated into our homes, either as a standard appointment or as on option.* We look forward to continuing the expansion of our green building practices as new products and processes are developed.
“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors,
we borrow it from our children.”
